Interim Fleet Manager (Berlin)

A company that we support in their strategic fleet management is looking for an interim operational fleet manager for 1 year in Berlin. Fleet with 250 vehicles (cars, trucks, vans), used transport of people and material, mainly purchased vehicles. Task is to lead a small team and actively do operational work. This is not strategy, but hands-on. Required is practical fleet management know-how (workshop approvals, organization of tire changes, de-fleeting and ordering, ...) as well as management experience in a turbulent environment.

Head of Used Car Sourcing (Munich)

A fast growing international used car dealer is looking for a "Head of Sourcing Germany". Company: Digital international startup from abroad, well financed. Task: Establishing relationships with used car sources in Germany, structuring the export process, leading the German sourcing and export team, later, if necessary, establishing sales activities in Germany. Requirements: used cars, purchasing, leadership, English, startup. Attractive salary.

Working student: Content creation for software documentation (remote)

A leading supplier of vehicle assessments is rolling out a new software for a major customer in Europe (I support the rollout in DACH) is looking for a working student/ intern for the following task: Design of online training material for assesors how to use the software. Online training means by video, FAQs, process descriptions, interactive learning,... Note: It is not about training the basics of vehicle assessment, but about using a new software-tool.  Requirements: Excellent German language skills, technical understanding (ideally vehicle engineering or mechatronics) + online skills. Duration: 2-4 months.

Junior consultant Fleet Management (part time, remote)

Hennecke Fleet Consulting is looking for a Junior Consultant for Fleet Management, Mobility, Used Car Remarketing and Automotive Retail. 

 

Typical consulting topics are:

- Selection of a fleet management outsourcing company

- Selection of fleet management software provider

- Design of new car policy

- Cost savings initiatives in fleet management

- Review of leasing contracts

- Market research

Although our business is growing well, we cannot currently offer a 100% employment. The ideal candidate would work project-wise or part time, with the option to expand to a full-time job. Remote is no problem. 

Requirements: University degree. Minimum 3 years experience in Fleet Management, Mobility, Used Car Remarketing and/or Automotive Retail. Strong analytic skills, ability to work independent. German language plus English is a MUST.

Sales Support and Backoffice (part-time, remote)

Hennecke Fleet Consulting is looking for a Sales Support and Backoffice manager.

Tasks are:

- Maintenance of customer data in the CRM system

- Establish initial contact with companies for the purpose of qualifying leads

- Independent follow-up of leads via email and phone

- Support in creating presentations

- Data acquisition, market research 

- Process travel expenses and other receipts

- Other organizational tasks 

This is a part-time role. The job can be done remote from home office, although being close to our office in the Augsburg-/ Starberg area is advantageous.

Requirements: Commercial degree ("Ausbildung") or university degree. Fluent German, good English. Enjoying direct contact with B2B-customers. Independent and accurate way of working. Software expertise: CRM systems (ideally: Pipedrive), accounting (ideally: Debitoor), Powerpoint, Word, Excel.
