Fleet management events in Germany

Flotte! Der Branchentreff

​

Flotte! is the major fleet event in Germany. Manufacturers, importers, leasing companies and service providers from across the company-fleet world meet more than 2,500 fleet decision-makers here. Most of them from Germany, but also from adjacent countries. In 2026 expanded from 1 to 2 halls at the expo. And the after-show party is always great, feels like a family gathering. We'll be exhibiting for the fourth time there with our own booth. So come and visit us! If you'd like to join and still need a free visitor ticket, get in touch!

"FORUM mobility & work" (North and South)

​​

In recent years, the former, once great, bfp Forum wasn't very well attended and lost ground against Flotte!. The decision to change name and split up venues into a North and a South German event, and cutting it down to a one-day event with a reworked concept, has made it interesting for us again. Event North is fixed for Laatzen/Hannover, event South is still to be defined (probably in Zusmarshausen/Augsburg). We were in Zusmarshausen in 2025 and we plan to attend at least one of the two events.

SIGNAL Flottentag

​

A rather small event, compared to Flotte!, but this gives the chance to meet in a much more relaxed and personal atmosphere. Highlight every year: excellent catering! For us as a consulting company difficult: Too expensive to attend with an own booth, and very consequent policy in terms of not letting suppliers attend without a booth. So we will not be there.

International fleet summits

Fleet Europe and Global Fleet

​

Fleet Europe and Global Fleet, both from Nexus Communication, are great for meeting fleet managers and suppliers from the large, international fleets in a very glamorous setting. Not a real trade fair but rather a summit. Unfortunately, they publish their dates fairly late and the events are rather pricey. Therefore we have stayed away in recent years. That said, we're still represented there through our interational partnerships and may attend spontaneously as a visitor.

Commercial fleets and logistics

IAA Transportation

​​

IAA Transportation for trucks, vans and other special vehicles in Hannover is the "small sister" of IAA Mobility which is for passenger cars. One of the biggest fairs for commercial vehicles and service providers in the world. For us it is the most important fair related to our services regarding last-mile delivery fleets and vans. And it is always great to see the "really big cars". We attended as guests in 2024 and will definitely be there again!

Transport Logistics

​​

A global exhibition for logistics, mobility, IT and supply-chain management. In 2023 we were there with a joint booth alongside ClearQuote, Repairfix and VanOnGo, partnering up as the "Last Mile Delivery Suite". It's of interest to us again in 2027 because of the "IT, telematics, e-business and telecommunications" sub-section for LCV fleets and last-mile delivery.

NUFAM

​

Focussed on commercial vehicles ("Nutzfahrzeuge"), but much smaller than the above mentioned, Nevertheless relevant as regional fair in Southern Germany. Bi-annual. Very pleasant atmosphere. We were there two times and will attend again.

Parcel+Post

​​

Parce+Post is a global fair for the postal industry, not only vehicles but much broader. For us interesting because of the commercial fleets for last-mile delivery. We attended 2023 in Frankfurt with Clearquote and will eventually join again as a visitor.

Mobility and innovation

IAA Mobility

​​

The "grand old lady of automotive trade fairs." After the move from Frankfurt to Munich and with the new concept of also drawing the general public into the exhibition, it's not without controversy. For us, the value here lies in meeting the big — and above all international — manufacturers and seeing new vehicles up close (a vehicle from XPENG that I test-drove there in 2023 is my company car today). We were there in 2025 as well — and will definitely be back in 2027.

MOVE

​

MOVE focuses on transport innovation in a broad, cross-modal way, with a strong dedication to start-ups — it hosts around 500 of the world's most exciting ones, alongside a good mix of corporates. Speakers come from the likes of Shell, BP, Daimler and Volkswagen, and MOVE has grown to more than 10,000 attendees. After three consecutive years there, it has lost some of its appeal for us (a few too many charging solutions… ;)), but we're still considering going.
 

#NaKoBeMo

The focus is on digital, sustainable, and cost-efficient corporate mobility concepts. The conference combines expert talks, case studies, workshops, and networking formats with a clear implementation focus. Last year with 200 participants.

Fleet software & mobility-tech events

MOQO Summit

​​

MOQO is a young IT company providing software for the carsharing industry. The annual summit in spring is a two-day event where carsharing operators, other fleet tech companies and special guests gather. Location is great: in a former church, now a startup-hub. Long evenings after the summit...

Fleetster Reloaded

​​​

Fleetster is  a young fleet management software provider, very strong in integration of the electric vehicle ecosystem. Every year in winter they present a company update, combined with interesting keynotes and a nice after-event party. Always pleasant and interesting.
