Consultant Fleet Management (part time, remote)

​​

For our growing consulting business, we are looking for an experienced fleet management consultant (m/f).

 

Since the business volume is currently still developing, the position is designed to be project-based or part-time – with a clear perspective for expansion as we continue to grow. This role is particularly suitable for experienced fleet managers with consulting experience who want to work flexibly, on a project basis, or as a complementary role and are interested in long-term collaboration.

 

TASKS:

 

Depending on project scope and experience:

• Analysis of fleet data (vehicle costs, contracts, invoices, KPIs)

• Conducting process and system analyses (interviews, documentation, vulnerability analyses)

• Support with tenders (leasing, OEMs, service providers, fleet management software) and subsequent implementation

• Analysis and revision of car policies

• Conducting market and supplier research

• Preparation and contribution to presentations and decision-making documents

• Participation in consulting meetings and documentation of the results

• Possibly also taking on interim assignments on-site at client locations

​REQUIREMENTS:

 

• At least 5 years of professional experience in fleet management (ideally with a consulting background)

• Excellent understanding of fleet processes, strategic decisions, cost structures, and market mechanisms

• German skills, fluent in written and spoken English

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

• Enjoyment of direct contact with corporate clients

• Independent, structured, and reliable work style

• Provided workspace including computer and stable internet connection

Student Assistant in Software and AI

 

​For internal automation projects and the development of customized SaaS solutions, we are looking for a student assistant in Software & AI (m/f) with a strong interest in modern software development and AI-powered applications.

 

TASKS:

Depending on your knowledge and interests:

​

• Development and enhancement of AI-powered internal tools (sales, marketing, finance)

• Implementation of data and analytics models in the area of ​​fleet management and mobility

• Contribution to SaaS solutions for customers (APIs, backend logic, simple frontends)

• Integration of external systems (e.g., CRM, data sources, APIs)

REQUIREMENTS:

 

• Enrolled student (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a related field

• Solid programming skills (e.g., Python, TypeScript, JavaScript)

• Interest in or experience with AI models / LLMs

• Basic understanding of web architectures (API, Cloud, SaaS)

• Independent and structured work style

• Fluent German, very good English

• Provided home office workspace

Nice to have (not required):

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Low-code / Automation / LLM frameworks

• Interest in business development in the mobility sector

KEY FACTS:

• Approx. 20 hours/week, flexible scheduling

• Primarily remote, occasional on-site meetings
